A custom bakery that creates wedding, birthday and festive occasion cakes & desserts, specializing in buttercream only, as well as fondant sculptures and royal icing cookie favors. Based out of Saratoga Springs, I deliver all over New York State from the Adirondacks, Captial Region down to New York City. I’m a classically trained chef who has worked in baking and pastry arts for over 15 years. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and established Yours Truly out of commissary kitchen, as a single member, woman owned and operated business.
